Duthie Park Wildflower Workshop

Join us for a hands-on wildflower workshop that shines a spotlight on pollinators and the habitats they need to thrive. You’ll explore how creating and caring for wildflower meadows directly supports bees, butterflies, and other essential insects.
During this interactive session, you’ll learn practical techniques for growing wildflowers—from seed collection and germination to potting—while gaining insight into how these skills help sustain diverse plant communities and the insects that rely on them.
This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature, deepen your understanding of local ecosystems, and celebrate Insect Week by taking meaningful action for biodiversity. The session is delivered in collaboration with Curam Fyvie.
